Ordering and Shipment Tracking You should receive an automated confirmation email when you submit an online orderform. Then, your order is double checked and assembled. If there are parts that need to be brought in, we will endeavor to email you a shipping estimate. Virtually all orders will arrive to you within 3-8 days. Occasionally there are manufacturer backorders that are outside of our control, we will do our best to keep you informed. Your charge card is not charged until we are ready to ship (except for special order items). When we ship, we then email you a copy of your invoice as a confirmation. In most cases, this will have the shipping waybill number, you can track your package through the following links:
Keep in mind that the carrier will require 24 – 36 hours from shipping time in order to register the waybill number on their website so you will not see it online immediately.
